24 Hour Class D License Part I - Unarmed Security Officer - Registration Fee From $45.00*
Classes are 8 Hours per Day: 8:00am - 4:00pm, call for availablity!

Tampa Security Classes for the Florida Class D License will provide the basic requirements for employment as an unarmed security officer as required by Florida State Statutes Section 493.

After completion of the unarmed class D class, registrants will be issued a temporary security guard license from the state of Florida until the permanent security officer license is received.

The state of Florida will issue the permanent D License within 60 to 90 days of completing the D license security officer class. You are authorized to work immediately.
 

*Tuition of $45 includes course materials, license application, training, handouts, certification, and notary service.

* Fryar Security class applicants seeking licensing as an Unarmed Security officer must be over 18 years old, pass a criminal background check, and complete classroom training for our Florida D license ( Class D license ) with our Tampa security school or any other Florida Security Schools in Florida.

* Tuition does not include the personal licensing fees you pay directly to the State of Florida.  ($45 for 2 yr. D license, plus a $42 one-time processing fee = $87, paid directly to the State.)
